Who was our client?
The I Design Association, a non-profit organization, describes itself as a group of people who want to actively act, take on new challenges and creatively implement projects that have a real and useful impact on the environment.
I Design is a conference organized by the I Design Association. The creators involvement in the event is directed not only by passion but also by a charitable goal because the proceeds from the sale of tickets from each edition are donated to noble causes. For example, in 2022, the charity organization that received the donation was foundation Między niebem a ziemią, and in 2021, it was the foundation Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową.
During the last 6 editions, they organized 58 lectures and 28 workshops which were of interest to over 4,000 recipients, and their topics were always tailored to current marketing trends. I Design carefully select lecturers so that participants can draw knowledge from the best industry specialists. So far, the conference has featured: Paweł Tkaczyk, Franciszek Georgiew, Anna Ledwoń Blacha and Dagmara Pakulska.
The topics of the workshops and lectures included Design Thinking, User Experience, Web Design, Communication Design, Online Marketing, Project Management, Visual Design, Storytelling, Branding, Content Marketing, Future Thinking and Technology.
What did our client need?
In cooperation with our client we created a custom landing page that met their needs.
The page included a clear and concise description of the event, as well as information on how to register and pay for the event.
To optimize the page for SEO, we performed extensive keyword research and incorporated those keywords into the page’s content and metadata.
To achieve these goals we utilized tools that allowed for easy updates and modifications to the website, as well as integrated payment processing.
BrainForge IT designed and developed a website that addressed client’s needs. The Association wanted a page that would include an intuitive registration process and allow attendees to easily sign up for the event online and process payment for tickets.
The site was also supposed to contain detailed information about the event, its history, purpose, and impact. It was important for I Design to have a website which will be well-optimized for SEO to improve its visibility on search engines.
What did we use?
We have explored various techniques, systems, programs, and technologies. Here are the three technologies that we used in this project:
- Nuxt.js in SSG mode
- Netlify CMS
- Java (for payment services)

What was the final result?
The website was well-received by the I Design Association and the conference attendees. It helps attract a significant amount of traffic and an increased number of participants in the conference. The I DESIGN website also ranks highly on search engine results pages, attracting even more traffic to the site.
Our website enabled the client to successfully conduct three editions of their conference, including stationary, online, and hybrid formats, with a total of more than 500 participants registered, and over PLN 40,000 raised for charity so far.
